Task Force on Behavioral Health Integration into the PCMH

The task force will be led by 2011-2012 CPNP President Jerry McKee. The task force is focused on developing a position statement regarding the role of psychiatric pharmacists in the medical home model of care. Other charges include development of a toolkit and potential programming, identification of successful practice models and marketing of the profession.
