College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists

Responding to the increasing opportunities for psychiatric pharmacists in the VA system, this task force is working to identify collaborative efforts between the VA and CPNP to facilitate the growing demand for psychiatric pharmacy specialists. This task force will develop recommendations regarding marketing and recruitment of pharmacists, increasing residency training sites, and delivery of educational and skill development modules for pharmacists transitioning to mental health care environments.
