Carla Cobb is the psychiatric pharmacy specialist at RiverStone Health, a community health center, and the Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings, Montana. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and received her PharmD from the University of Texas. She completed a residency in psychiatric pharmacy at the University of Texas and San Antonio State Hospital. She is board certified in psychiatric pharmacy.

Her practice involves direct care of people with mental illnesses and didactic and clinical teaching of pharmacy students, medical residents, and primary care physicians. She chairs the health department’s controlled substance committee and serves on the behavioral health team, the quality improvement committee, and the health disparities collaborative committee. She is a member of the drug utilization review board for Montana Medicaid. She has been active with CPNP for several years, previously serving as the chair of the 2006 Program Committee and the NAMI RMG. She has also been active locally as a founding member and continued supporter of NAMI-Billings and serves as chair of a regional psychopharmacy program committee.
