Recertification for the BCPP at 2012 Annual Meeting
Evidence-Based Practice Sessions
Sunday, April 29-Monday, April 30
Eligible for Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist (BCPP) Recertification Credit, these sessions provide therapeutic, evidence-based content offering practical application for those in all settings. Integrated throughout the meeting, these five hours of recertification programming cover:
- Making Sense of Antidepressants: An Evidence-Based Approach to the Controversies
- Bariatric Surgery: Nutritional and Pharmacologic Considerations in the Psychiatric Patient
- Nicotine and Schizophrenia: Exploring the Relationship to Cognitive Function
- Taking the Ouch Out of Pain Management in Patients with Addiction (2 hours)
These sessions are open to all registered Annual Meeting attendees. Those desiring Recertification credit must also purchase the BCPP Live Recertification option to gain access to the Recertification testing center.
