This pocket guide was distributed as part of the Long-Acting Injectable Antipsychotics: Strategies for Success symposium offered at the 2011 CPNP Annual Meeting. This symposium was coordinated by Creative Educational Concepts with an industry grant from Janssen. TIMER: Tool to Improve Medications in the Elderly via Review

TIMER provides a framework for the assessment of medication-related problems in the elderly and identifies medications that are commonly involved in such problems. It may be particularly helpful in training students or those less experienced in medication review, as it structures the review process. Developed by Karen Farris, Ph.D., and colleagues at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, in collaboration with the Iowa Older Adults CERT.

General Introductory Letters for Enrollment as an MTM Provider
