Supplied by a CPNP member. It has been reduced to a pocket-sized card and laminated for case managers, etc.

Psychiatric Medication Side Effects and Psychotropic Drug Lists

Distributed by a CPNP member: the first list was made for nurses to use as a reference while passing meds.  The second was made for local law enforcement with the idea that if they found out people were on these psych meds, they would be alerted to the fact that there was a mental illness involved.
