General Information

The purpose of the CPNP Awards is to recognize excellent investigators presenting abstracts at the CPNP Annual Meeting to be held April 29-May 2, 2012, at the Marriott Tampa Waterside Hotel and Marina in Tampa, Florida.

Awards are available in five different categories (additional details and eligibility requirements are documented in the 2012 CPNP Poster Presenter Handbook):

Saklad Memorial Award

CPNP was honored to present the Saklad Memorial Award at the May 2011 CPNP Annual Meeting for the fourteenth time. This award celebrates the life and work of the late Judith J. Saklad. Dr. Saklad was a founding member of CPNP and nationally recognized as an innovator of pharmaceutical care to children and adults with serious mental disorders, developmental disabilities and mental retardation.
