The American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists (formerly known as CPNP) will be offering its second virtual Substance Use Disorder Summit, October 6-7, 2022. Continuing education credit for both pharmacy and Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist recertification will be offered for a total of 10 hours. Over 50% of individuals psychiatric pharmacists treat are living with a co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorder, making education on treatment of both conditions critical. Anticipated attendance at SUD Summit 2022 is expected to be strong as a result with 300 or more psychiatric specialized pharmacists participating. We welcome past and new partners to consider offering an industry symposium with ACPE credit during this two-day virtual conference.

Industry Symposia Opportunities

One industry event will be offered each day of SUD Summit 2022. During SUD Summit 2021, an average of 175-200 of the 340 purchasers participated regularly in sessions. Industry events will additionally be made available to all CPNP members and non-members regardless of registration status for the Summit.

SUD Summit Information: 

Anticipated Registration to SUD Summit 2022: 300 psychiatric pharmacists. Industry events are available to all CPNP members and non-members and are marketed broadly. 

CPNP Industry Event Fee: $15,000

Dedicated Time for Two Industry Supported Events: One industry event on 10/6/22 from 2:45-4:00 PM Central and one industry event on 10/7/22 from 12:00-1:15 PM Central.

Topics Accepted: Topics related to substance use disorders with co-occurring psychiatric disorders are preferred but not mandated. Other psychiatric and neurology related topics are welcomed.
