GO Express Travel offers a shuttle from the airport to the JW Marriott for $10 each way with an estimated 30-minute ride. The JW Marriott is the last stop on the route (#9), which means the airport is the first stop on a return trip. The shuttle operates from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM every half hour, 7 days a week, and picks up passengers from Zone 7 in the Ground Transportation Center. For directions, click here to see the diagram. For return trips from the JW Marriott to the airport, there is a designated pick-up location in front of the hotel.
Both Uber and Lyft are available in Indy and recommended by local members. A one-way ride from the airport to the JW Marriott is estimated to be $20-24 with an estimated 20-minute ride to the drop-off location.
When using these services for pick-up, exit the terminal to the Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the Terminal Garage.
Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside of Baggage Claim. There is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from the airport, regardless of distance.
Airport Expressway to I-70 East to West Street exit 79A. Turn left (north) onto West Street to Washington Street, turn left (west) onto Washington Street and into hotel entrance. The JW Marriott is a large blue building visible in the Indianapolis skyline.
Self-parking (25% off for hotel guests) is off Washington St past the Courtyard and SpringHill Suites hotels (2nd entrance off of Maryland St).
