How can I customize my schedule?

When on the Schedule page, you can click the bookmark icon to save sessions that you plan to attend. Click the "Hide non-bookmarked items" button near the top of the page to see and print your custom schedule. Bookmarks are also available for poster abstracts! Use the enhanced search to browse abstracts and plan to engage in discussion with authors during poster sessions.

How can I get ready for CPNP 2021?

If I miss a session, can I still earn credit for it?

Registration includes speaker recordings with the exception of any platform, case-based and discussion sessions. ACPE credit is accessible for sessions you are unable to attend. Session recordings will be available after May 7.

Can I schedule meetings with peers and colleagues?

Yes! During CPNP 2021, all attendees have the opportunity to create one or more Meetups using CPNP Zoom rooms. You set the time and decide if the Meetup will be public and listed (available to all CPNP 2021 attendees and listed on the Meetups page) or private and unlisted (not listed on the Meetups page and only available to those with whom you share the link and meeting information).

What is a Watch Party?

A watch party allows you to join other attendees in watching the on-demand sessions (previoulsy recorded) at the same time so that you can chat and discuss the sessions. In the case of the Recert Watch Parties, the speakers will be available in the chat room to respond to your questions and comments and to make them eligible for Live ACPE credit!

Education

What are industry symposia and how do I register?

Industry supported symposia are scientific programs developed for educational purposes. All symposia are in compliance with Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) criteria for planning and implementation and offer up to 1 contact hour of ACPE credit.

Attendance at industry symposia is included in Annual Meeting registrations. Industry-supported programming may require a separate registration through the provider.

What are product theaters and how do I register?

Promotional product theaters provide time for presentation of new research findings on products, showcasing of product details, demonstrations and highlights of new products. These sessions are promotional and are not eligible for continuing education credits.

Attendance at product theaters is included in Annual Meeting registrations. Registration will be required with the provider for purposes of Physician Payment Sunshine Act reporting.

How many contact hours of continuing education credit are available?

The College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The 2021 Annual Meeting will provide up to 23 contact hours of knowledge- and application-based continuing education credit from CPNP approved programming. Industry supported symposia offered at the Annual Meeting offer additional ACPE credit.

Is CME credit offered?

No, the 2021 Annual Meeting offers only ACPE credit.

What is BCPP Recertification programming?

Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacists (BCPP) may maintain their credentials by successfully completing 100 hours of approved recertification programming through CPNP every 7 years. Recertification assures the BPS-certified pharmacist, along with the public and the profession at large, that specialty skills and knowledge are maintained at exceptional levels and comparable to newly certified practitioners. Five hours of Recertification Programming are presented virtually at the CPNP Annual Meeting through the Clinical Application Series. The live programming is recorded and delivered online for those wishing to take this programming as a distance education component. Successful completion of an online examination is required. When will online materials be available?

Session presentations and the conference program will be available at cpnp.org/2021 one week prior to the meeting. Session Evaluations will be available April 19, 2021. Post-meeting resources will be uploaded in May 2021.

The best resource for materials is cpnp.org/2021. You can access session materials on your desktop, tablet, or mobile device!

Is there a refund if I have to cancel my registration?

To receive a refund less a $75 handling fee, registrations must be canceled in writing on or before April 9, 2021 (postmark or email date). Cancellations after April 9 through the 2021 Annual Meeting will be considered by the Board if requested by the registrant. Registrations are not transferable. Will I receive a confirmation and receipt of my registration?

A confirmation and receipt of your registration will be sent to you via email immediately upon registering online. For registrations made with payment by check, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. Are BCPP Recertification sessions included in registration?

Annual Meeting attendees may attend the BCPP Recertification sessions. However, in order to earn BCPP Recertification credit, attendees must additionally purchase the Clinical Application Series and successfully complete an online examination.
