COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for CPNP 2022 In-Person Attendees

All CPNP Annual Meeting attendees, speakers, and CPNP Staff are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 according to current CDC guidelines or have a religious exemption based on a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance. Those with a medical exemption or an objection to COVID-19 vaccinations based on non-religious reasons, including personal preferences or non-religious concerns about the vaccine, do not qualify for a religious exception and are welcome and encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting virtually. All attendees will be asked to confirm their vaccination or religious exemption status during registration and those citing a religious exemption must also receive a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of their arrival date to attend the CPNP 2022 Annual Meeting.

COVID-19 Protocols for In-Person Attendees

CPNP is committed to following all CDC guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as state, local, and corporate (hotel) requirements to be mindful of the safety of attendees, staff, speakers, vendors, and supporters. In addition to the vaccination or religious exemption with negative COVID test requirement, a complete list of event health and safety protocols will be published by March 17, 2022, based on current recommendations and requirements of the CDC, state health agencies, and the meeting venue, the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter. Marriott’s Commitment to Clean outlines its current policies and procedures for COVID-19.
