Session Summary

There is no ACPE credit provided for this course.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is an evidence-based and practical approach to patient communication that promotes resolution of ambivalence and behavior change. Supported by over 200 rigorous clinical trials and taught in 43 languages, MI is more than just a tool in the health coaching toolbox; it is the foundation of patient-centered health care. This webinar will be a nice prelude to the CPNP Annual Meeting pre-meeting workshop on Motivational Interviewing on April 19th in Tampa.
