New Case Series

  

CPNP has launched a case series featuring patient cases of varying complexity. In The Pharmacist's Role in Paving the Treatment Success Pathway for Schizophrenia, participants learn to differentiate safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics (PK), and adherence data for the agents used in the long-term maintenance of schizophrenia. Focus is placed on healthcare decision-making and motivation among schizophrenia patients and case scenarios allow for the performance of interventions that improve access to and use of antipsychotic medications, include LAIs. In the Patient Follow-Up Activity, have the opportunity to dig in deeper and apply information learned to several more patient cases.

  • Given its value as a reference source and as an educational program for healthcare professionals beyond pharmacy, this course has been retitled to Psychiatric Pharmacotherapy Review Course from the previous title of BCPP Examination Review and Recertification Course.
  • ACCME credit is now available for the course.
