CPNP is pleased to work with the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy at CPNP 2020 to offer a Pharmacy Leadership workshop aimed at helping leaders develop new skills intended to change their behaviors to go from being a top individual contributor to a leader of people, organizations, and associations. This workshop is intended to turn the nebulous phrase of “leadership skills” to implementable actions.
This workshop is designed around The Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education’s (ACPE) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) model. As described below, self-assessments, cohort discussions, networking, and a follow-up session a few months after the training extend the value of this day long workshop well past CPNP 2020.
You can now register at cpnp.org/register for this full day event. Registration includes access to six pre-workshop self-assessments and results, all workshop materials and sessions, a post workshop follow-up coaching session, up to 10 hours of ACPE credit, breakfast, lunch, breaks and a reception with your peers and CPNP leaders.
